In this workshop, you’ll learn to craft fresh dough from scratch, roll and shape each pierogi by hand and fill them with a variety of classic, comforting fillings. “Rooted in personal heritage and culinary technique, this class is a heartfelt tribute to my grandfather’s stories of his mother making pierogies—an art passed down through generations.” Chef John Bender.
