Pierogi Making Classes...Sofia Quintero Art and Cultural Center

Make Ruskie pierogi, with mashed potatoes and dry curd cottage cheese filling combination.
*Get the details and recipes on how to make the dough and filling. Both will be ready ahead of time.
*Participants will roll, stuff, seal, and boil one dozen pierogi to take home.
During the class you will get:
*2 fried pierogi to taste
*Snack that can be eaten, or taken home
*Bottled water, coffee, and pop will be provided
*Gift bag
*Entry for drawing that will take place at the end of class
Class is from 12 pm – 3 pm
