Pierogi Class presented by Kitchen Technique. In this class we will be preparing traditional pierogies. Each attendee will be learning how to make their own dough, rollout, and fill their own pierogies and then how to cook them. We will be preparing them with a variety of traditional fillings. Pierogies are very near and dear to my heart. My grandfather used to tell stories to me of his mother making them when he was a child. So this class is going to be so fun!! Doors open at 5:30pm, class begins at 6:00. Beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages will be available for purchase.
