n this workshop we will take a deep dive into learning about the technique called piercing. Cutting out shapes and lines within the metal with a saw blade, as if it were a pencil drawing a design. This skill takes practice and patience to master. Once learned it will take your designs to the next level! Students will be using a variety of fabrication skills including drilling, piercing, sawing, filing, and soldering. Walk away with a lovely pendant. All materials will be provided: Sterling silver, copper (for practice), saw blades, drill bit, solder and sandpaper. A materials fee of $45 is payable to the instructor on the day of the class.
