SUMMARY:Learn how to make traditional Fall pies, including pumpkin, sweet potato, and apple. We will make pies and hand pies/turnovers. These pies are made completely from scratch, and we will discuss how to make a perfectly flaky crust. We will sample all the pies at the end of class! These pies are excellent for holiday gatherings with family and friends!
WHAT YOU'LL TAKE HOME:
All ingredients and supplies will be provided! We will be using local produce for our pies. Everyone will take home one pie and one hand pie/turnover. You will also have access to our recipes for future baking at home!
PAYMENT AND CANCELLATIONS:
Once you are accepted into the workshop, we will send you an invoice, and you will have three days to submit your payment of $65. We will hold your spot during this three day window. Please make sure you will be able to attend before submitting payment, as we will not be issuing refunds or transfers for cancellations UNLESS we are able to fill your spot from the waitlist. You are also welcome to send someone in your place, if you run into any last minute issues. Please let us know ASAP if you need to cancel, and we will do our best to fill your spot.
ADDITIONAL INFO:
***Ages 15 and up are welcome to attend.
***Space will be tight! Please be considerate. We will only have room for individuals accepted into the workshop. No room for extra guests.
*** Masks are optional. If you are feeling sick, please do not come to the workshop!
