We start class at 10.00 Sunday 6thApril, it will be a spring flow class. This is the season that the world around us start blooming. What can you aspect from this class is a creative Asana flow with heart openers and breath work together with more traditional Asana woven in to this 90 min practice. After class we have tea/ coffee and homemade goods. If you have time, reserve your spot costs 15,- single class or if you have a Yoga I AM stampcard use that one.
