Picture Perfect Focaccia Workshop

Participants will learn how to mix, knead, proof, and roll out a classic italian focaccia dough. We will then harvest some organic, regeneratively grown herbs and veggies from the Morven Kitchen Garden (MKG). Using these ingredients, we will creatively press them into our rising dough to create a scene of your own design, and bake. Each participant will get to take home a personal-sized pan of focaccia bread to enjoy at home. All ticket proceeds go to supporting the Morven Sustainability Lab.
