Low flow vinyasa, what is that? We will move close to the mat,close to the ground with many asana’s except the full vinyasa in between to go to the next sequence.We start coming Sunday at 10.AM and it will be a 90 min class. After class if you have time we drink coffee ☕️ or 🍵 tea with some home made goods to nibble on.
