In true Winter Waters style, we’ve helped create an incredible collaboration between wine and food, with guest chef Gabe Kieffer of PicNic Eats, who specializes in seafood and foraged foods of the Oregon coast. We’ve been dreaming of this pairing of coastal culinary talent for months and can’t wait to see it come together in February. We hope you’ll join us!

Gabe’s seafood pairings: elevated, seasonal small dishes from Oregon’s coast

We also will be offering a fully non-alcoholic pairing featuring Pacific Northwest NA wines alongside a house seaweed mocktail, created to echo the minerality, salinity, and freshness of the coast.
