
About this Event
Please join Rebecca Polmateer, Master Food Preserver, as she teaches how to pickle vegetables and use a water bath canner. Participants will learn how to safely preserve their vegetable bounty via pickling and canning in a water bath canner. This will be a hands-on educational experience where participants will learn by doing and then leave with a jar of pickled vegetables, they helped preserve themselves.
