Pickles & Pours - An Introduction to Fermentation
Join us for a hands-on fermentation class with the Slow Food School. Learn how to make a classic pickle, sauerkraut, quick-pickled onions, and the fundamentals of basic lacto-fermentation.
You’ll take home all four jars of the fermentation projects you make in class.
