All players must arrive no later than 8:30am to register. Games start at 9:00am. Any team that fails to report for their slot will have 1 chance to make it up at another time. This form and payment must be received to participate. This is a family-friendly event. No foul language and use of tobacco/alcoholic substances allowed on the court at anytime. Round robin format. 1st & 2nd place winners will be awarded trophies.
