Warm-up/ Mobility/ Injury Prevention: Jill - will share how seniors can work on strength mobility dynamic warmups injury prevention.
Drills/Strategies/Play Sessions: Dayne - During both sessions will prepare you for the competitive play situational play and tactical decisions
Mental Performance/Mindset Sessions: Learn "mental performance" with Dayne & Jill: Focus visualization dealing with pressure mindset shifts in realtime.
Intention/Game Plan/Opponent Analysis: They emphasize drills to make you "think about how to play the point" hit shots and how to exploit opponent tendencies.
Mindset/ Emotional/ Pressure Tools: Techniques to manage nerves bounce back from mistakes keep focus under pressure develop mental confidence.
Day one a "Mental Performance Session with Dayne & Jill"/ Day two on court demonstration of a live review of the mental side of the game point by point.
