**WE'RE BACK FROM SEPTEMBER**Staying Alive Pickleball Coach and Play are mostly Thursday afternoon sessions for beginners at Wyre Forest Leisure Centre in Kidderminster to introduce you to the game of Pickleball with a guided 'coach and play' session for 90 minutes. These sessions are NOT for accomplished Pickleball players. If you are an accomplished player I recommend you find other players and book a court together, unless you plan to become a u3a member and then you can play at those sessions during the daytime, details can be found via this link.
The schedule for the 90 minutes will be as follows:
Introductions - 5 mins
Physical warmup - 5 mins
Paddle and Ball control - 10 mins
Intro to Dinking and practice - 15 mins
Intro to Serving, groundstrokes, return of serve and practice - 15 mins
Introduction to scoring and etiquette - 5 mins
Several instruction led games, mixing partners - 25 minutes
Q&A - 5 minutes
The cost will be £19.00 per person, which includes equipment and the cost of court hire.
Please note this is a non-refundable and non-transferable session, therefore if you need to cancel there won't be the option to provide a refund or move your payment to another date. In the event of instructor non-attendance a full refund is applicable.
In order for Coach and Play to go ahead, there needs to be a minimum of 4 paying partcipants for each session.
In the event of there not being enough participants, you will be offered a refund or the option of transferring to another date or you can upgrade to a one-to-one coaching session on the same date, at a cost of £35 per person (less any fees already paid).

Unfortunately the form will only take 'one person" registration at a time, i.e. you can not register and pay for multiple people on a single registration form, please register each individual at a time.
