Come learn how to prepare your own probiotic lacto-fermented vegetables and learn about their health benefits including gut health and immunity. You'll learn tips and tricks to prepare delicious crispy fermented pickles, salsa, and more. Each student will go home with a recipe booklet and a jar of freshly made sauerkraut with a fermentation lid and weight. The cost of the class is $40 per person, class size is limited to 12 people.
