Last seen in Norwich in 2024 as tour support for EMF, UK-Japanese marital psych-punk noise-meisters The Dirt drop huge energy and volume, thanks to their heavy guitar loops, distortion, fuzz and punchy percussion splattered with fast-firing lyrics. Check out the duo's August-released second studio album, Monkeypunch, so you’re ready to rant along.

Gourds are a genre-defying band creating punk-influenced music laced with quirky, warm, risqué, strange and comic lyrics from a seaside town in Norfolk. Your gob will be smacked.

Alt-hardcore champs Fleas’ 2025 debut album, ‘imagine if there was more’, has beefed-up their reputation as an act to embrace with airplay from BBC Radio 1 and Kerrang!
