RHS is delighted to be welcoming Nicola Eimer, pianist and professor of piano at the Royal Academy of Music, to lead a piano masterclass in the Burns Recital Hall.
British pianist Nicola Eimer is a graduate of the Juilliard School and a prizewinner at the Dudley, John Lill, and Royal Over-Seas League competitions. She has performed widely as a soloist and chamber musician across Europe, America and Asia, appearing at venues such as Wigmore Hall, the Barbican, St John’s Smith Square, and the Purcell Room. She is a regular performer for the London Chopin Society and has featured on the Tillett Trust Young Artists’ Platform.
Nicola is an experienced chamber musician and collaborative pianist, having worked with renowned artists including Adolfo Gutiérrez Arenas, Fenella Humphreys and Maria Wloszczowska. She has been an official accompanist for the Menuhin and Hastings international competitions, and is a regular pianist at IMS Prussia Cove. Nicola teaches at the Royal Academy of Music and was recently appointed specialist piano tutor on the Academy’s LRAM course.
