Start your day the right way with Pi-Lattes — an energizing hour of pilates followed by fresh coffee and overnight oats from Kohi Coffee. It’s movement, mindfulness, and your morning fuel all in one.
Cost: $15 per person

Raffles: 1 month membership to NBF & Giftcard to Kohi Coffee
Non-Members must sign waiver prior to attending class.
What is Pilates?

It’s popular for improving muscle tone, posture, and overall body awareness, and is great for all fitness levels — from beginners to athletes. Unlike high-intensity workouts, Pilates is about precision and control, making it a great choice for both fitness and injury prevention.
