As part of our Lifelong Learning programs, physical therapists will lead discussions on three dates.
Wed. January 21st, 10:30am-noon: "Pelvic Health for Women & Men" Learn about the importance of maintaining pelvic health and strength. Dana Edwards, PT.
Tues. January 27th, 2-3pm: “The Science of Balance: Preventing Falls and Staying Confident on Your Feet” This discussion will cover how the balance system (vision, inner ear, proprioception) changes with age — and simple home exercises to improve it. Scott Wagner, PT.
Tues. February 24th, 2-3pm: “Why Pain Isn’t Always Where the Problem Is”
This discussion will use visceral, cranial, and fascial examples to show how hidden restrictions can cause back, shoulder, or knee pain — simple demonstrations make this fascinating. Scott Wagner, PT.
