Market your merch during the PHXDW "Rooted" Conference on September 19-20, 2025!
About this Event

Calling all makers! A limited number of pop-up spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis to individual maker-designers. Your reservation includes entry to the PHXDW conference hall and one 6-foot table to display and sell your wares. You will be responsible for handling all set-up, take-down, storage and sales transactions. Wi-Fi service may be spotty, please be prepared to use your own cell service just in case.

Exhibitor Fee:

  • $250 (AIGA Member) or $500 (Non-AIGA-Member) fee includes a display table inside the main stage conference hall from 9:00AM Friday, September 19 through 5:00PM Saturday, September 20, 2025
  • Discounted $50 fee for registered PHXDW conference attendees, verified with registration confirmation number. You'll be able to attend all the conference sessions and mind your booth at the same time.
  • The fee includes an Exhibitor-Only badge for yourself and one assistant. Exhibitor-Only badges do not include admission to all Conference sessions.

Please see order form for complete terms and conditions. Reservations MUST be made no later than September 5, 2025 at 5:00PM for us to make room setup accommodations.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Your registration constitutes permission to use photos, audio and video recording taken of you at the events for promotional and educational purposes in connection with Phoenix Design Week and AIGA Arizona in perpetuity, and places you on the master Phoenix Design Week mailing list. At any time, you may opt out of the mailing list, or withdraw your consent in writing to AIGA Arizona. Attendee list may be provided to Title Sponsor for promotion.

AIGA Arizona has adopted the AIGA Code of Conduct with regard to all conference activities. We reserve the right to refuse admittance for violations of this Code, or other unlawful or disruptive actions. Any concerns should be addressed to the AIGA Arizona President at [email protected]. Phoenix Design Week is a non-profit event founded by Lost Creature in 2009, now wholly owned and presented by AIGA Arizona, a 501(c)(3) organization.
