The event aims to educate Ph*rm*cy students and professionals on the wide range of disabilities that exist and how to foster a more inclusive environment in the field.

- Personal Experiences of Disability in Ph*rm*cy: Speakers with disabilities will share their stories about how they have overcome barriers in both their studies and careers as pharmacists.
- Navigating Academic and Professional Life: Insight into the challenges faced by students and professionals with disabilities, and the strategies they’ve used to succeed in their academic and work environments.
- Fostering Inclusivity in Ph*rm*cy Practice: Practical guidance on how to create a more accessible and inclusive Ph*rm*cy environment for people with disabilities, promoting diversity within the profession.
- British Sign Language (BSL) Workshop: Engage in a hands-on workshop where our Western Area Coordinator, Hikmat, will teach attendees basic British Sign Language (BSL) signs to enhance communication skills and foster inclusivity in Ph*rm*cy practice.
- Q&A with Speakers: Attendees will have the opportunity to ask questions and engage with the speakers, gaining deeper insight into the realities of practicing Ph*rm*cy with a disability.
