มูลนิธิ 100 ต้นสน ยินดีนำเสนอ License to Breathe การแสดงสดโดยแตงโม ลฎาภา ซึ่งการแสดงชุดนี้ส่วนหนึ่งของนิทรรศการ Photopsia โดย ณัท เศรษฐ์ธนา และภัณฑารักษ์ ศุภร เนียมกำเนิด ระหว่างวันที่ 14 - 23 มีนาคม 2568 ผลงานติดตั้งเฉพาะที่ Photopsia จะถูกปรับเปลี่ยนอีกครั้ง หลังจากที่กลายเป็นห้องฉายภาพยนตร์ในเดือนกุมภาพันธ์ ในเดือนมีนาคมพื้นที่สีขาวจะถูกแปรสภาพให้กลายเป็นพื้นที่สำหรับการแสดงสด
License to Breathe เป็นการแสดงสดโดยแตงโม ลฎาภา โสภณกุลกิจ โดยได้รับแรงบันดาลใจจากการอ่านและตีความหนังสือรวมเรื่องสั้น “ด้วยรักและผุพัง” ของนริศพงศ์ รักวัฒนานนท์ ที่เศษเสี้ยวของความทรงจำและกิจวัตรประจำวันนั้นได้ผุดเกิดและกำเนิดวนซ้ำไปมา สร้างจังหวะของความรู้สึกทีทั้งผูกพันลึกซึ้งแต่ก็รู้หลีกหนีจากสิ่งนี้ไปไม่ได้ ในการวนซ้ำแต่ละครั้งของวัตรเหล่านี้ทั้งลดทอน ละเว้น และค่อยๆ ปรับโครงสร้าง สร้างการเปลี่ยนแปลงในขณะที่วงจรนี้กำลังหมุนเวียน ค่อยๆ เผยถึงแบบแผน (ขนบ) ที่อยู่เหนือขึ้นไปกว่าตัวบุคคล ชี้ให้เห็นถึงแรงกระทำจากระบบที่คอยกำหนดไว้แม้กระทั่งจังหวะของการหายใจ เพื่อสำรวจถึงขอบเขตของสิ่งที่มองเห็นและมองไม่เห็น สิ่งที่รู้สึกได้และสิ่งที่ถูกกำหนดไว้ การแสดงนี้ได้เปิดพื้นที่สำหรับการตั้งคำถามถึงสิ่งที่ให้ขับเคลื่อนวงจรเหล่านี้ ไปจนถึงจะสามารถหยุดยั้งหรือเปลี่ยนแปลงพวกเขาได้อย่างไร
ข้อชี้แจง: การแสดงชุดนี้อิงมาจากบทที่ 10: "พี่สาวของผม" ศิลปินได้ดึงเอาองค์ประกอบจากเนื้อหาในหนังสือมาสร้างบริบทใหม่ นำเสนอหัวข้อและมุมมองที่แตกต่างออกไปจากต้นฉบับ

👤 แตงโม ลฎาภา โสภณกุลกิจเป็นศิลปินศิลปะการแสดงอาศัยอยู่ในกรุงเทพฯ และเมื่อไม่นานมานี้เธอได้สำเร็จการศึกษาจากโปรแกรม Live Art and Performance Studies ที่ University of the Arts Helsinki กระบวนการทำงานของเธอนั้นมีรากฐานมาจากการสำรวจความทรงจำไปจนถึงการระลึก/จดจำอดีตให้ได้อีกครั้งในขณะที่กำลังจินตนาการถึงทางเลือกของอนาคต ในส่วนของการแสดง เธอมักสำรวจประเด็นเกี่ยวกับอัตลักษณ์ ความทรงจำทั้งส่วนบุคคลและความทรงจำร่วม รวมถึงตำแหน่งแห่งที่ของแต่ละบุคคล โดยใช้ร่างกายเป็นทั้งภาชนะและสถานที่แห่งการตั้งคำถาม

100 Tonson Foundation is pleased to present 𝙇𝙞𝙘𝙚𝙣𝙨𝙚 𝙩𝙤 𝘽𝙧𝙚𝙖𝙩𝙝𝙚, a live performance by 𝗧𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗺𝗼 𝗟𝗮𝗱𝗮𝗽𝗵𝗮 𝗦., as part of our ongoing exhibition Photopsia by Nat Setthana, curated by Suphon Niamkamnoet. From March 14 – 23, 2025, the site-specific installation Photopsia once again shifts its function—previously a screening room in February, its white space will seemingly transform into a stage for live performance.
License to Breathe is a poetic performance by Tangmo Ladapha, inspired by her reflections on Family Comes First, an anthology by Narisapongse Rakwattananont. Through fragments of memory and routine, actions rise and repeat, forming an intimate and inevitable rhythm. With each cycle, gestures undergo reduction, omission, and reconfiguration, revealing patterns that transcend beyond the individual level—a systemic force that regulates even the act of breathing. By tracing the tension between visible and invisible structures, the felt and the imposed, the performance opens a space for questioning what drives these cycles and how they might be interrupted.
Disclaimer: The performance is based on Chapter 10: "My Older Sister" from the book. The artist has extracted and recontextualized elements from the text, offering a distinct theme and perspective, separate from the original context.

About Performer:
👤 Tangmo Ladapha S. is a performance artist from Bangkok, Thailand, and a recent Live Art and Performance Studies programme graduate at the University of the Arts Helsinki. Her practice is rooted in exploring memory—re-remembering the past while envisioning alternative futures. Through performance, she investigates themes of identity, personal and collective memory, and positionality, using the body as both a vessel and a site of inquiry.
Tangmo’s work is driven by an ongoing exploration of memory as a medium, continuously evolving her approach to embody and activate recollections through performance. She is particularly interested in a participatory approach, including one-on-one performances and audience engagements, where the audience becomes an integral part of the experience. Her practice seeks to create intimate, reflective encounters that challenge perceptions of time, history, and personal narratives.
