Photography sessions

We are so excited to share our little slice of heaven with you! Come on out and enjoy our little piece of The Land of Enchantment!

Take Holman Rd off of Highway 70, go all the way to the end (8 miles), and turn left on Leebarry Lane. Leebarry is a very rutted dirt road, so take your time. About 1/4 mile down you will see a blue flower stand and our sign, turn right before the stand!

We are only open to the public for special events and by invitation/ tickets only.

This is a small, private, family run farm and everything is lovingly cultured and groomed for you to enjoy by the Pittsenbargar Children. Please take care not to damage or destroy anything, or you will break their little hearts!

We will provide light refreshments and cold bottled water during your visit. Please bring any hats, sunscreen, insect spray, and any other medications or specific things you might need during your stay.

We are a working farm and the ground is often uneven and there can be sticks, weeds, and other obstacles. Please be careful. We are not wheelchair accessible.
Please park in the designated parking area and walk through the Enchanted Gate into the fields.

For You-Picks: We will provide one free vessel for you to fill up. Additional vessels will be able for purchase. No outside vessels are allowed. We will have other farm products including dried lavender, crafts, and veggies available for purchase as well.

For Photography: Your ticket for your photo session is just for the rental of the farm for the designated timeframe......you will need to book your own photographer. We will allow you to pick your own small bouquet of flowers at add to your photos if you wish and to take home. No outside flowers are allowed. You are allowed to bring small props as needed and use any of Bodhi Farms photo props and/or photo locations on the map by the Enchanted Gate. We would appreciate a minimum of 3 to 5 high-resolution photos shared by you (or your Photographer) within 30 days of your photo session and permission for us to share on all of our social media accounts. A $35 fee will be charged if you go over the reserved photo session end time; a $35 fee will also be charged if you enter the field prior to the reservation. When you arrive at the farm, please stay in your vehicle until your photo session time begins. Once your photo session window of time ends, please exit the field and return to your vehicle.

New Mexico is truly the Land of Enchantment....but we are also known for fickle weather.....so in the event of inclement or extreme weather we will happily reschedule your session on our farm.

2025 ACTIVITY WAIVER + RELEASE Bodhi Farms Activity Participant Information Form

****When purchasing your ticket it counts as your signature releasing liability to the individuals and entity of Testudo Enterprises LLC, Bodhi Farms DBA, and the Pittsenbargar Family, Please read carefully. This is a legal document. Bodhi Farms 35 Leebarry Lane, Suite P. Las Cruces, NM 88012 Agreement to Assume Risk, Release Liability and Indemnify I acknowledge and agree that this agreement covers and is intended to release Testudo Enterprises LLC Bodhi Farms DBA, its shareholders, directors, officers, employees and other agents, each owner of the farmland operated by Testudo Enterprises LLC Bodhi Farms DBA (the “Farm”), and their respective affiliates and insurers (collectively, "The Family”).

I understand that this waiver and release is intended to be as broad and inclusive as permitted by the laws of the State of New Mexico.

I agree that if any portion of this waiver and release is invalid, the remainder will continue in full legal force and effect.

I am the responsible party for all participants in this activity.

I have read and understood this document, and I am freely and voluntarily, and without any pressure or duress, completing this waiver and release on behalf of myself and the activity Participants.

I am of legal age.

In consideration of allowing me, my company, or group to participate in a photography/filming, U-Pick, Yoga, or other event (the “Event”) on the Farm, I, personally and on behalf of myself and my family, photographers, guardians, estate, beneficiaries, heirs, successors and assigns, all participants in my activity and their families, photographers, guardians, estates, beneficiaries, heirs, successors and assigns, (collectively referred to as “us” and “we”), knowingly and voluntarily agree follows: I acknowledge that we are voluntarily using the Farm and participating in the Event, which I understand may be dangerous and entail both known and unknown inherent risks, including the risk of injury, permanent disability, or even death, deriving from, but not limited to,

(a) slipping, falling, or colliding with fixed objects or other people from walking or driving on uneven surfaces or surfaces that contain animal burrows, postholes or other holes, dirt borders, ruts, debris such as rocks, fences, construction or other materials, or tree branches;

(b) being in close proximity to, or under, a fence, corral, water tank, or other structure, or farm equipment;

(c) exposure to products and chemicals associated with farming operations or to insects such as bees, mosquitos, and spiders, snakes or other wild animals; and

(d) the negligence by any of us, any of the Family, or any other person. We voluntarily assume all such risks.

Each of us who will be participating in the Event is physically fit and I know of no medical or health reason why any of us should not participate in the Event.

I hereby irrevocably grant and assign to the Farm all right, title and interest in and to any and all photographic images and audio or video recordings of me and my party made by the Farm during the activity.

Each of us irrevocably and unconditionally releases the Farm and the Family, to the maximum extent allowed by law, from any and all claims or causes of action that any of us may have against the Family after using the Farm or participating in the Event, as a result of any personal or bodily injury, emotional distress, illness, death, property damage, expense or other damage of any nature whatsoever that any of us suffers while using the Farm or participating in the Event, including any damage caused by the negligence of any of the Farm and Family. Each of us will indemnify and hold the Farm and Family harmless, to the maximum extent allowed by law, from and against any and all losses, liabilities, expenses or other damages of any nature whatsoever incurred or suffered by any of us, including but not limited to attorney fees and other litigation-related expenses, as a result of

(a) any and all claims or causes of action that any of the rest of us asserts against any of the Farm and Family as a result of any personal or bodily injury, emotional distress, illness, death, property damage, expense or other damage that any of us suffers while using the Farm or participating in the Event,

(b) any and all claims or causes of action that any other person asserts against any of us as a result of any personal or bodily injury, emotional distress, illness, death, property damage, expense or other damage that any other person suffers while using the Farm or participating in the Event that is caused by any of us, or

(c) any personal or bodily injury, emotional distress, illness, death, property damage, expense or other damage that any of the Farm and Family suffers that is caused by any of us. Each of us will indemnify the Farm and Family for any attorney fees and costs that any of them incurs to enforce this agreement, including all costs associated with any collection efforts. I hereby release, discharge and forever hold harmless the Farm and Family from all present and future claims or demands for property damage, personal injury, wrongful death and any other liability of whatever kind that may arise as a result of my and my parties participation in any activities on the farm.

I have disclosed any and all allergies or relevant medical conditions of myself and my party to the Farm and Family on the Activity Participant Information Form and will provide any updated information.

I agree that Farm and Family is not responsible for administering medical treatment of any kind. We agree not to bring/and or use alcohol or drugs on the property. I agree to supervise and be responsible for minors in my care.
