Photography for Beginners – Master the Basics in 3 Hours
Join a fun and welcoming 3-hour beginner photography class at Mike Lewis Park — learn the basics through hands-on practice while connecting with fellow photography enthusiasts.
Please bring your own camera (DSLR, mirrorless, or advanced compact), any lenses you'd like to practice with, fully charged batteries, a charger, and spare memory cards. Tripods are optional but welcome.
We'll meet at the main pavilion by the lake at Mike Lewis Park. Arrive 10 minutes early to settle in. Wear comfortable shoes and dress for the weather, and don't forget to bring plenty of water.
Optional: Bring small objects (like a toy, ball, or household item) that we can use for exercises on depth of field and shutter speed.
