About this Event
The Shed ATX In Collaboration is a photography and event series showcasing works made by local photographers during their brief residency at .
Join us on Saturday, April 27th, 2024 from 5-8pm for the next exhibit, featuring the photographs of and who both spent their residency focusing on florals in their own unique way.
5pm: Cocktail Hour
6pm: Artist Talks
7pm: Raffle Drawing
Stay to chat after the talks to meet the photographers, prop stylist, and florist involved in the shoot, and of course enjoy food and beverages while you browse the work. The next artists to participate in the residency will also be announced!
Raffle
Cash or venmo purchases of raffle tickets will be available. Two winners will be announced at 7pm. The prize is a print of the winners' choosing, and all money raised will go toward the funding of the next artists' in residence shoot and exhibit costs.
About the Photographers
Lisa Muller
Lisa is an East-Coaster that traded in the snow for a little southern comfort. Unlike other photographers, her passion for creating images didn’t strike her curiosity until she was in middle school and Myspace Selfies paired with My Chemical Romance lyrics were a thing. From Selfies to Products, she found herself gravitating toward Lifestyle and Commercial Photography. She is currently the staff photographer at Favor in Austin, Texas.

Rebecca Black
Rebecca is an interiors and product photography, born and raised and now based in Austin, Texasa. Working for 10 years in NYC and 5 years before that in Dallas, two of the country's largest photography hubs, she gained deep industry experience and high standards in practicing her craft. Her attention to detail and lighting is unparalleled, and she loves photographing products and still life. She is currently a staff photographer at Four Hands Furniture in Austin, Texas.

About The Shed ATX
The Shed was designed as a boutique Production Studio for photo and video shoots. Located in a quiet neighborhood in north Austin the space is meant to act as a creative conduit to stay focused and comfortable while creating exciting content. Come be inspired!
About The Shed ATX In Collaboration
In Collaboration was created after a test shoot at The Shed in December 2023. The open sharing of ideas and energy from all the participants made this project possible and sustainable for future participants. The goal as owner of The Shed is to bring energetic creatives together to help expand their knowledge, contacts, and interest in photography to explore personal projects. Not only shooting the project, but reviving the art of presentation or pin-up sharing not only the hero images, but also images that explore the process. This is a non-profit endeavor to support new collaborations and extend the conversations within the creative field. New Collaborations will be announced at the presentation of each project.

Caitie Osborn - Prop Stylist | |
Caitie is an Austin-based prop stylist and digital art director. She specializes in crafting vibrant product photography scenes with a flair for color, pattern, and texture. She has a fun and colorful point of view, and grabs hold of her ideas to create photo compositions, source props, and bring vibrant scenes to life.
