About this Event
Discover the charm of Lititz, Pennsylvania on our exclusive photography tour! Voted the “Coolest Small Town in America,” Lititz offers a perfect blend of history and picturesque scenes. Explore historic covered bridges, Amish country, steam locomotives, and a wildlife preserve with expert instructors Joanne Henig and Jessica Lempin. From street and architectural photography to nature and wildlife, this tour has it all.
A Unique Destination With A Variety Of Photographic OpportunitiesFind classic old world charm right in the heart of Pennsylvania that offers a great variety of photographic subjects. Whether it be street and architectural, nature, or even wildlife, this photography tour has it all covered.
The Pennsylvania Amish of Lancaster County are America’s oldest Amish settlement. Step back in time and enjoy a slower, more peaceful pace – one where the horse & buggy remains a primary form of transportation, and where windmills dot the landscape, providing power harnessed from nature.
Our group will checkout the The Strasburg Rail Road, an authentic steam train. Take a 45-minute ride on the train, if you so choose (optional), and photograph the trains from many unique perspectives.
Join us for a gentle hike in search of waterfowl, grassland nesting birds, and wetland dependent species within the Middle Creek Preserve. A beautiful and fragrant nature preserve with plenty of photographic opportunities.
This workshop will be led by Joanne Henig and Jessica Lempin, nature photographers and educators. Joanne and Jessica look forward to exploring this exciting adventure with you.
Don’t miss the chance to capture stunning images and learn from the best.
