Guess what!?! It’s time to register for February Science Saturday.
This free, fun, hands-on STEM event takes place at IHMC, 15 SE Osceola Ave., on February 7. Students in grades 3 - 7 are invited. Abigail Stallings, Assistant Professor of Digital Media at the College of Central Florida will lead this Science Saturday. Students will explore photo composition and editing, and will have the chance to apply these skills using free software they can continue using at home.
Students in grades 3–4 should register for the 9:00 a.m. session. Students in grades 5–7 should register for the 11:00 a.m. session. Each session is tailored to the appropriate age group.
The generosity of the season sponsors, Lockheed Martin, the Florida Blue Foundation, and Precision Sidewalk Safety, helps IHMC to offer Science Saturdays free of charge for all attendees.
If there are no tickets left, please click on JOIN WAITLIST and follow the instructions. It’s worthwhile to join the list, as we usually get a number of cancellations before each event.
