Sofia Ali:
Sofia Ali (23) is making her debut this winter with the self-composed and self-produced EP“Absence.” the project explores the complex and ambiguous nature of love. dark and distorted aesthetics dominate the expression, reflecting a landscape marked by both proximity and distance. the music blends electronic dance music with indie, pop, and dark, experimental elements.
Together with astrid helena frej møller, stefan schneider, gunnar von løvenskjold, signe jacobsen, and sebastian kinch, the music is brought to life on stage.
Tegn:
warped and twisted pedal-steel guitar and thundering, staggering drums construct beautiful scenes and unsettling landscapes. The music ebbs and flows, with glimpses of serenity, amidst a sea of deep sweeps. The duo works completely improvised, drawing inspiration from rock, free jazz and all music and following their guts.

Hannah's approach to visuals is characterized by a curiosity towards the manipulated, with an intention to explore the boundaries between the real and the distorted. her visual expression is based on her own video recordings and drawings, which she edits in various programs and presents live at events.
