Phonics Teacher Training for 1000 Government Schools in Assam

We are proud to launch a statewide teacher training initiative in Assam that will transform how early literacy is introduced to children.

Under this project 1000 teachers from 1000 Government schools across Nagaon Darrang Nalbari Goalpara and Morigaon districts will be trained in Phonics – an internationally recognized evidence-based approach to teaching reading and writing.

📖 Why Phonics?

Phonics helps children crack the code of language by connecting sounds to letters. It lays the foundation for fluent reading accurate spelling and confident writing – skills essential for lifelong learning.
