We celebrate neurodiversity, embrace all gender identities and sexual orientations, and honor the unique experiences of each individual. Through art and mindfulness, you'll explore your emotions, connect with others, and find your voice.
Each retreat focuses on a different theme:
Saturday 15th February: Self-Love Through Creative Expression
Saturday 8th March: Expressing Anger Through Art
Wednesday 16th April: Creative Exploration of Boundaries
What you'll experience:
Creative Expression: Use art to process challenging experiences and discover new ways to express yourself.
Mindfulness Practices: Learn techniques to calm your mind and manage your emotions.
Peer and Social Connection: Build relationships with other young people who understand what you're going through.
Expert Guidance: Benefit from psychoeducation and strategies for emotional regulation.
Open to all adolescents aged 12-20.
Investment: $220 per session (includes all art materials and snacks)
