Raise a glass to the flavors of fall at Phoenix City Grille! On Wednesday Oct. 30 the beloved neighborhood restaurant is teaming up with Suntory Whiskey to host an incredible whiskey pairing dinner featuring seasonal ingredients and fine pours.
The experience begins with the Espress Yourself cocktail featuring Maker’s Mark 46 Galliano espresso Passport cold brew bourbon cream and pumpkin pie chai syrup. Courses and complementary pairings are as follows:
First Course: Honey Crisp Fall Salad with heirloom mixed greens honey crisp apples Crow’s Dairy goat cheese spiced bacon bourbon glaze Arizona pecans roasted butternut squash and bourbon Dijon vinaigrette paired with PCG’s Knob Creek Single Barrel Select Bourbon 120 proof+
Second Course: Prosciutto-wrapped Pork Tenderloin with haricot verts almondine crispy fingerling potatoes heirloom cherry tomatoes and warm bacon bourbon vinaigrette paired with Maker’s Mark Cellar Aged 2024 Release 119.3 proof+
Third Course: Grass-fed All-natural Argentine Ribeye Steak with bleu cheese dauphinoise potatoes bourbon compound butter and sour cherry-pomegranate relish paired with Little Book Infinite 119.3 proof+
Fourth Course: Layered Apple Pie with cinnamon apple cider glaze granola crumb and vanilla bean gelato paired with Baker’s Single Barrell High Rye 7-Year Limited Release 107 proof+
