The Philadelphia Music Alliance, in partnership with Drexel University’s Westphal College of Media Arts & Design, will host a free Philadelphia Music Industry Career Summit—an interactive evening designed to equip college students and emerging music professionals with the insights, connections, and tools to navigate and thrive in the music industry with a specific focus on Philadelphia, located at Drexel University URBN Annex Screening Room (3401 Filbert St.) on November 19 from 6pm until 9pm.
At this free event, the Philadelphia Music Alliance will connect today’s aspiring industry students with producers, executives, artists, and advocates shaping the future of music while also providing tangible support.
6pm: Light Refreshments + Networking
7pm: Panel discussion, “Professionalizing Your Music Industry Journey – Life Advice from Experts in Artist Development” featuring Brianna DeMayo, founder of Taste Creators; Mont Brown, music executive at Columbia Records; and Johnny Montina, national artist and talent manager
8pm: Additional Networking + head shots offered from music photographer, Torri Green
