Join us on Monday November 17th from 5:30 - 7:30 as our Philly Chef Conference series presents "Chef to Shelf: Diversifying Revenue with Packaged Goods for Consumers and Foodservice".Talks will include "Protecting your Culinary IP" by Rachel Packer and Matthew Homyk of Blank Rome, immediately followed by a panel discussion moderated by Jen Honovic Herczeg of Salt and Vinegar/Edible Philly. Panelists include Pichet Ong, NiHao; Bianca Fernandez, Oh So Easy!; Kiki Aranita, Poi Dog; Jezebel Careaga, Jezabel's; Rebecca Foxman, Fox and Son's Fancy Corndogs; and Brad Daniels, Pizza Freak/Tresini.
The discussion will be followed by a brief reception featuring Pizza Freak, Oh So Easy! and others.
The event is free to attend, $20 suggested donation for professionals. Products available for sale during the reception.
