Get ready to groove at the Philly Caribbean Wine Food & Music Festival on Saturday, August 23rd, 2025.
We are turning Ludwig Field into a reggae and soca paradise, complete with chill beats, tasty wines, and yummy bites.
It's the ultimate island-style bash right here in PA!
Bring an appetite for great music, wine and food, enjoy the fresh air, and the amazing sounds of SOCA, REGGAE & AFRO Beats!!! 21 and over only!
- Vendor spaces are .10x10
- Food vendor spaces are 10x15.
- Food truck vendors are welcomed.
- Vendors have to provide their own tables, tent, chair and lien.
- No beverage sells allowed.
- No THC, CBD or infused products sells allowed.
- Italian water ice, smoothie, or ice cream vendors are not allowed
- This is an outdoor event rain or shine.
- Vendor sign up is on a first come basis.
- All vendors must have a fire extinguisher.
- Vendor spots are very limited.
- All vendor staff must be 21 and over.
Vendors will receive vending information packet on one week before the event, which will include load in and out information.
