About this Event
Celebrate Black History Month with a deep dive into the life and times of an accomplished and influential citizen from our own community! African American Bristolite Philip Jenkins was a businessman, a teacher, published author, and even a clock repairer for President (then governor) Jimmy Carter. Breaking barriers on Wall Street and working to help integrate America, Jenkins deserves recognition as a notable figure in Bristol's rich history.
