Terms and Conditions for Model Search Contest

1. Eligibility: Contest is open to individuals aged 13 and older. All genders are welcome to participate. Participants under 18 must have parental or guardian consent.
2. Registration: A non-refundable registration fee of $65 plus tax is required to participate. Registration does not guarantee selection as a contest winner.
3. Event Details: Event locations will be disclosed upon registration confirmation. Dates and times are subject to change, and participants will be notified of any updates.
4. Selection Process: Winners will be chosen by a panel of judges based on criteria including appearance, walk, and overall potential. Decisions of the judges are final.
5. Prizes: Multiple winners will receive a trip to New York City to walk the runway during New York Fashion Week, an editorial photoshoot, and a feature in a digital fashion publication. Travel, accommodation, and other prize details will be provided to winners. Prizes are non-transferable and have no cash value.
6. Liability: By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the event organizers, sponsors, and associated parties from any claims or liabilities arising from participation or use of prizes.
7. Media Release: Participants agree to allow their images, names, and likenesses to be used for promotional purposes by the organizers without additional compensation.
8. Conduct: The organizers reserve the right to remove any participant from the contest for inappropriate behavior, failure to comply with event rules, or for any reason deemed necessary.
9. Changes to Contest: The organizers reserve the right to cancel, modify, or postpone the contest at any time without prior notice.
