We dare you to step inside BOE this Halloween as Clarendon’s only country bar transforms into Phantom Rodeo — a haunted arena where ghost riders roam, whiskey flows, and the outlaws of the afterlife come to dance and the rodeo never stops. Expect eerie western décor, haunting music, and a night where spirits (both kinds) run wild.
