PHA Canada is proud to offer free registration to all PH patients (including post-surgical patients) and their caregivers, family members, friends, and PH medical providers in Canada. These meetings are learning and collaboration spaces for the PH community. Corporate supporters and other interested parties who wish to attend must fulfill a minimum sponsorship commitment. PHA Canada reserves the right to cancel registration or deny entry to attendees deemed ineligible to participate. For sponsorship inquiries, please email [email protected].
