The University Graduate School supports postgraduate researchers (PGRs) at the University of Birmingham with a variety of academic, social and wellbeing activities throughout the year. Look out for our other events in our PGR Collection!
Come join the University Graduate School (UGS) and your UGS Scholars for some festive fun over at Westmere House! Whether you celebrate Christmas or not, come and mark the start of the holidays with your postgraduate researcher community.
We'll have plenty of festive drinks and snacks, a few games and Christmas crafts, all sound tracked to some classic Christmas songs. Christmas jumpers strongly encouraged!
Come by yourself to meet new people, or arrange a get together with your research network. All PGRs from any College are welcome to join us!
We'll be opening tickets on 25 November - so save the party date, and hit 'Remind Me' in the top right corner to be the first to book!

Please note: This event will serve alcohol alongside a range of soft drinks.
This event is open only to University of Birmingham postgraduate researchers (PGR).
PGR programmes include: MPhil, MMus, MRes, MA by Research, MSc by Research, MLitt, PhD, PhD with integrated study, EngD, DDS, MD, Higher doctorates and Professional doctorates.
Registration will close 15 mins before the event start time or when tickets are sold out. We will be checking attendees against the Eventbrite registration and you may be refused entry if we have met capacity and you are not on the list. We have limited capacity so please cancel your ticket if you can no longer attend.
