We will meet at 7 am for Sunrise at Monkey Tree then walk in Meditation & Prayer 7 miles up to The Hill of Life & back (14 miles total), Stopping along the way for Wim Hof Method Guided BreathWork Journey & Cold Plunge, Waterfall Purification Rituals, Songs of Healing, Medicine Ceremony, Ecstatic Dance & Guided Meditations with the Silent Disco Headsets.
