Peter's Baking Party: Peter Sawkins

We are delighted to be welcoming back the youngest ever winner of The Great British Bake Off, Edinburgh's own for the launch of his highly anticipated new book . Join us on Friday 14th October at 6:30pm at Augustine United Church. Bringing a smile to everyone's faces through baking, Peter will be talking about his new book and demonstrating one of his delicious new recipes.

With step-by-step guides to easy first recipes and showstopping cakes, even the youngest of cooks can begin cooking and become a star baker in no time. Using Peter's famous tricks and tips, aspiring chefs can learn to make anything from breakfast pancakes to healthy savoury dishes, giving them confidence in the kitchen. Kids can find their favourite flavours and ingredients in the handy index and even invent their own creations and silly surprises. It's a brilliant way to inspire kitchen confidence, learning new skills that will last your young people a lifetime.

Peter Sawkins, an Accounting & Finance student at the University of Edinburgh, is the youngest ever winner of Great British Bake Off. A passionate baker since childhood, he credits the show as one of the reasons he embarked on his culinary journey.

Unfortunately we are unable to allocate seating so it is advised to arrive nearer to 6:00pm to ensure yourself a seat nearer the speakers.

Peter will be signing Peter's Baking Party on the night, and there will be copies available to purchase, however it is recommended that you purchase a book + ticket option to avoid disappointment.
