£35 secures your entry to the competition which includes T-shirt/vest, trophies for top 3 in each category and medals for all participants.
To sign up send payment via BACS please add in the reference: Name, category, T-Shirt/Vest preference and also Size. For Example: Jo Bloggs, B, V, 2XL.

-RULES FOR CATEGORIES -
BEGINNERS - New to the sport and never competed in any higher classes.
NOVICE - NEVER podiumed at a novice competition or competed at a higher level
INTERS - NEVER podiumed at an inters competition or competed in national weight classes or opens.
OPENS - ANYONE of any weight of any ability
An inters class will be considered if there is enough interest. Please message to express interest.

Athletes arrive and sign in between 9:00-9:45am. Athlete meeting 9:45am ready to start for 10:00am.
