But what is a guilty mind? Join us as members of the jury as we examine reckless actions, evil intent and motive.
What happens if ‘it was all a joke? What if you are asked to harm someone?
We will explore real cases involving weapons, attack dogs and plotting to murder your neighbour!
You'll have the opportunity to gain an understanding of key aspects of criminal law in Scotland, ask questions, and engage in thought-provoking discussions with fellow attendees.
