This 2-day Peter Hess® Sound Massage Level 1 course is an amazing opportunity to immerse yourself in beautiful sounds and vibrations over the the weekend, and do something good for yourself. The Level I training course is offered by the Peter Hess Sound Academy Australia. It is designed for people with an interest in working with sound and Singing Bowls for personal use or in your existing practice.
During the course, we will take you on a Sound Journey to explore the holistic principles of Sound Massage and learn about interesting sound facts as well as the abundant benefits of using sound and vibration in your everyday life.
In various exercises, you will get to experience the effects of sound for your overall well-being. You will receive and give an introductory Sound Massage for:
- the back
- feet
- hands
- the whole body
You will get to experience the Basic Sound Massage for yourself, receive first instructions for its implementation, and learn to give an independent Basic Sound Massage to your family and friends.

* Lectures and demonstrations with experiential exercises, practicing (giving & receiving) and verbal sharing.

* We only use therapeutic Peter Hess® Therapeutic Singing Bowls which are available at a discounted price during the course.
* Upon completing this level, participants receive a certificate of completion.
Course dates: Saturday 13 March 2022 at 9:30am-5:30pm and Sunday 14 March 2022 at 9:30am-5:30pm.
