Once again we are very happy to have Peter Ward return to our stage.Guitarist-singer-songwriter Peter Hi-Fi Ward brings 40 years of experience to blues, swing and country. He’s original with a traditional genre, good for dancing, drinking and listening.
He’s performed with numerous blues icons such as Pinetop Perkins, Buddy Guy, Junior Wells and Johnny Copeland.
These days when he’s not performing solo, he appears with Luther “Guitar Jr.” Johnson and Ronnie Earl. He’s released three of his own CDs — two featuring original blues songs; the other is a western swing tribute to Texas Playboy Herb Remington.
Originally from Lewiston, Maine, Peter was married to the late Mai Cramer, host of a popular "Blues After Hours" program on WGBH radio for 24 years.
