PTTB su jedan od najprepoznatljivijih sastava drugog talasa britanskog panka koji se pojavio početkom osamdesetih. Osnovani 1978. godine u Pishevenu (UK), bend su predvodili pjevač Peter Bywaters i gitarista Derek Greening. Njihov zvuk karakteriše kombinacija sirove energije, humora i sarkazma, što ih je izdvajalo od ostalih bendova tog vremena. Albumi poput Pissed and Proud (1982) i The Mating Sounds of South American Frogs (1983) postali su kultni među
ljubiteljima panka, jer su uspjeli da uhvate duh ulice i svakodnevne britanske realnosti uz dozu samoironije.
I danas, skoro pola vijeka kasnije, Peter and the Test Tube Babies ostaju simbol autentičnog pank zvuka, humora i neukrotivog bunta, a nesumnjivo je da će sve to ponijeti sa sobom na koncert u Banjaluci.

“The coolest uncool band in the world,” as they like to call themselves — Peter and The Test Tube Babies — are coming to Banja Luka for the first time ever, marking their debut performance in the country!
PTTB stand as one of the defining acts of the second wave of British punk that took shape in the early 1980s. Founded in 1978 in Peacehaven (UK), the band was fronted by vocalist Peter Bywaters and guitarist Derek Greening. Their music is known for its mix of raw energy, sharp humor, and biting sarcasm — a combination that made them stand out from their contemporaries. Albums such as Pissed and Proud (1982) and The Mating Sounds of South American Frogs (1983) have since become cult favorites among punk fans, celebrated for capturing the gritty spirit of the streets and the everyday realities of British life, all delivered with a healthy dose of self-irony.
Nearly half a century later, Peter and The Test Tube Babies remain a symbol of authentic punk attitude, humor, and unrestrained rebellion — and they’re bringing every bit of that fire with them to Banja Luka.
