Join us for an intimate conversation with the grandsons of Nathan Clay Thompson and grandnephews of Max W. Poehlmann, partners in the historic Poehlmann Hatchery, as they share memories of growing up in Petaluma during the 1960s and 1970s.
Hear about their childhood living in the grand Victorian family home, their adventures exploring the Petaluma Boulevard North neighborhood and beyond, and their time working alongside their stepfather at the hatchery.

Information about the campaign to restore the former Poehlmann Hatchery's iconic neon chick sign will also be shared during this event, where pins, T-shirts, guidebooks, and chick-themed bandanas will be available for sale, with all purchases benefiting the sign restoration.
