With a massive 7.7’ high tide, this is one of the best paddling days of the year—and you're invited to ride it with us.
We’ll launch from The Floathouse docks downtown and let the water carry us quietly upstream, where the river narrows, the trees close in, and the city melts away. It’s easy to forget you’re anywhere near town as you wind through lush, overgrown stretches of Petaluma’s hidden waterway.
If the rains have begun, we might even catch a few secret seasonal waterfalls, perfect for watching egrets wade and snapping dreamy nature shots. This stretch of the river is full of surprises, and a tide this high means we’ll get to explore it like never before.
