As a published author, Athena blends practical knowledge with gentle, grounding experiences that invite people to slow down and reconnect through intentional self-care.
Join us for a cozy, calming evening centered on rest, creativity, and restoration. In a relaxed, welcoming setting, guests will craft their own personalized mineral bath salts using thoughtfully selected Epsom and Dead Sea salts, dried herbs, and essential oils.
This is a guided, approachable experience — not a formal class — designed to help participants unwind, reset, and leave with a handcrafted bath ritual to enjoy at home. All materials are provided, and no prior experience is needed.
$35 per person for the DIY mineral salt experience, which includes all materials and an 8-oz personalized soak to take home.
