Hosted by The Central MN Rainbow Bridge Memorial Garden
Create a meaningful tribute to your beloved pet through the art of linoleum block carving. Join local artist Brea Rhodes for a hands-on class where you’ll design and carve your own linoleum block.
Participants may carve from a supplied image or bring their own pet image. If you use your own image please email 2-3 photos to [email protected] prior to the event so she can recommend which one will work best for you. She will also resize and print the most suitable photo so it's ready for the event day. The best photos to use will have good lighting and clearly show a close up of the pet. The more detail you can see the better! Please feel free to email her with any questions you may have.
You’ll also make a print from your finished block to take home, and you’ll bring home the carved linoleum block itself. Participants are also encouraged to bring a tote or a shirt to print on as well!
